Shipping policy
This document sets out the shipping policy that applies when you buy from Atlantis. If you have any questions, contact us at atlantiscastlebar@gmail.com.
1. General information
All orders are subject to stock availability. If the item is not in stock at the time of order, we will contact you and offer an alternative item or refund you the total amount of the item, using the original method of payment. All packages will be sent with a receipt included. If you wish to have us leave out the receipt, in the case of the package being a gift or otherwise, please let us know. Atlantis is not liable if the wrong address is given to us by the customer. In this case, please let us know to change the address immediately, as we will not be able to do anything about it after it has been shipped.
2. Shipping options and delivery costs
Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
- All orders will be sent through An Post, and we aim to have your order with you within 3–5 days.
- We charge €4.95 flat rate for standard post. Most items cost us €6.20 to post by standard post, before the cost of packaging, so we absorb a lot of the cost.
- Orders are available for free click and collect from Atlantis Holistic Store, Linenhall Street, Castlebar, Co. Mayo.
