Returns or Exchange
You may exchange or return new, unworn or unused products within thirty (30) days from the date on which the goods were shipped to you. Where you wish to exchange a product, please note that you may be required to pay an additional sum where the replacement product is more expensive that the original item purchased.Items must not be damaged or used in any way in order to get a refund or exchange.Also all items must be securely packaged when returning an item to avoid potential transit damage
Please note: Items that you are unhappy with or items that may not be in adequate working order must be reported to us within seven days of receiving your goods. Returns Address is Atlantis. Linenhall street, Castlebar, Co Mayo , Ireland, this is our only returns address.AtlantisIreland.ie will pay for sending you a new item, you the customer will have to pay for returning the item to us.If the replacement item you require is permanently out of stock we will offer you an alternative item or a refund on the original item.
